This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website. The current website is static and contains no registration, contact form, newsletter, customer account or payment function.
3. Website access and server logs
When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data so the website can be delivered and operated securely.

The purpose is the technical provision, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website.
Hosting provider: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (server location Germany). Server log files are deleted after seven days at the latest; longer storage may occur in individual cases where this is necessary to investigate attacks or misuse.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name, your message and any further information you provide voluntarily in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is deleted once the request has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Cookies, tracking and analytics
In the current static version we do not set any non-essential cookies, tracking pixels or external analytics tools. No cookie banner is therefore displayed.
If analytics, a newsletter, booking, embedded videos, chat functions or other third-party services are added later, this privacy policy will be updated beforehand and, where required, a consent mechanism will be integrated.

Personal data may be processed by technical service providers, in particular hosting and IT service providers. Where required, agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are concluded with processors.

In the current static website version, no targeted transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA takes place. Should third-party services with a third-country dimension be used later, the necessary information and safeguards will be added.
